ODL Construction was built on a simple idea: a remodeling project should be run by one team that owns the entire outcome — design, engineering, permits, and the build itself. Too many Bay Area projects stall or blow budget because responsibility is split across a designer, an architect, and a builder who all point at each other when something goes wrong.
